WAVE Foxwoods Day Party Rules

• Daybed, cabana and nest chair rental hours are 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. as of July 2. If you do not arrive by 2PM, FRC reserves the right to release and re-sell your section. Please note, you will be charged to cover the cost of lost revenue. 
• This is a 21+ event starting at 12 p.m. and ending at 5 p.m. 
• Last entry at 4:15pm
• You must be 21 or older with a government-issued ID to attend; IDs will be checked at the door prior to entry. 
• VIP check-in is provided at the VIP Entrance at the Pool.
• Only guests with VIP Cabana wristbands are allowed in that section. 
• Only guests with Daybed wristbands are allowed in that section.
• Food service is provided by Juniors Restaurant. Beverages are provided by The Fox Tower Beverage Department at Foxwoods.
• NO ALCOHOL WILL LEAVE THE POOL AREA 
• No outside alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages or food of any kind (including, but not limited to bottled water, coffee, ice coffee and tea). 
• No rough-housing in pool area. 
• No shouting or disrespectful behavior towards any of the FRC staff. 
• No re-entry.
• No guests allowed in employee only areas – no guests allowed on stage. 
• Any guest nearing intoxication will be ejected from the pool, wristband will be cut off and no refunds given.
• Guests noticeably intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance will be denied entry and will not be eligible to receive a refund.
• Foxwoods Resort Casino reserves the right to deny any guest entry or to eject any guests not adhering to rules, if ejected, no refunds will be given.
• Guests will take responsibility of their own belongings and property. Foxwoods Resort Casino is not liable for the loss of any belongings or damages to such belongs.
• On Celebrity Days, due to inclement weather, Foxwoods reserves the right to relocate the event to Centrale Fox Tower and refunds will not be issued.
• All persons, bags and personal items are subject to search. We have a zero tolerance policy.
• Management reserves all rights, this is not an all-inclusive list, changes can and will be made on a case by case basis.
• No outside decorations or branded items (not provided by Foxwoods) are allowed in to the pool, or VIP areas.

• BAG POLICY:
  • Women: All bags will be searched before entry. Beach Bags ONLY. Must be no bigger than 6x20x14
  • Men: No bags allowed: no backpacks, messenger bags, fanny packs, crossbody bags
• Cancellation is required by 11 a.m. the day prior to the reservation. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed to the method of payment on file if not cancelled within the cancellation period. The hotel reserves the right to close the pool based on weather predictions. Management will assess rental charges due to inclement weather.
• No Refunds.
